Wood Stone MTRAINIER7 Description
With a spacious 31-square-foot cooking surface, the Wood Stone MTRAINIER7 (WS-MS-7) Mt. Rainier 7' stone hearth oven is great for baking large pizzas and an array of appetizers and entrees. Its 74-inch-diameter oven floor can accommodate (40) 8-inch pizzas, (26) 10-inch pizzas, (20) 12-inch pizzas, or (10) 16-inch pizzas at once. Because it's a dual-burner unit, it features a radiant flame located at the cooking chamber's rear and a thermostatically controlled infrared burner beneath the oven deck. Together, these components balance top and bottom heat and can be adjusted to create customized results. For even heat distribution and heat retention, it features a monolithic 4-inch-thick cast-ceramic hearth and a monolithic 4-inch-thick dome. Both are wrapped in spun ceramic fiber insulation to preserve generated heat.
The Wood Stone MTRAINIER7 (WS-MS-7) stone hearth oven measures 881⁄4 inches wide by 961⁄2 inches deep by 831⁄4 inches high and is positioned on an open, black-painted steel frame. Its tensioned steel exoskeleton surrounds the hearth and dome perimeter to preserve its structural integrity throughout high-volume use while its galvanized steel exterior provides lasting rust and corrosion resistance. So large pizzas can easily be inserted into the oven, the door opening measures 42 inches wide by 12 inches high. To ease setup, it ships fully assembled and can be connected to a power-ventilated, grease-rated chimney or exhaust hood.
