Powered by natural gas, the Wood Stone WS-BL-4355-RFG hearth oven has a total output of 80,500 BTUs and features a visible radiant gas flame that's simple to adjust. Its 34-inch by 40-inch hearth can accommodate as many as six 12-inch pizzas at once, while its dome perimeter expediates baking and ensures structural integrity. For additional strength as well as rust and corrosion resistance, this unit is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame base and a stainless steel exoskeleton.
The Wood Stone WS-BL-4355-RFG pizza deck oven is part of the Bistro series and measures 42 1⁄2 inches wide by 62 inches deep by 71 1⁄4 inches high overall. It's built with a 10-inch ID flue collar and a monolithic cast-ceramic hearth that aids in creating crispy crusts.
