The Wood Stone WS-BL-4343-RFG pizza deck oven features a 34-inch by 27-inch hearth that can accommodate eight 8-inch pizzas, six 10-inch pizzas, or four 12-inch pizzas at once. Overall, it measures 42 1⁄2 inches wide by 50 inches deep by 71 1⁄4 inches high. It's insulated with spun ceramic fiber to retain heat and optimize efficiency. Powered by natural gas, this unit has a total output of 80,500 BTUs and has a visible radiant gas flame that can be adjusted to manage top heat and enhance baking presentation. .
To withstand daily use in fast-paced settings, the Wood Stone WS-BL-4343-RFG stone hearth oven is built with a heavy-duty steel frame base and rugged stainless steel exoskeleton; this metal is rugged, resistant to rust and corrosion, and simple to wipe clean.
