The Hobart PW12N-ADV-1 Advansys™ pot, pan, and utensil washer uses a steam elimination and energy recovery system that captures heat from steam to warm incoming water, minimizing energy required when the Sense-A-Temp™ booster heater raises water temperatures to 180 degrees Fahrenheit while creating a steam-free working environment. To remove various levels of buildup, this unit features 2-, 4-, or 6-minute wash cycles. The 2-minute cycle cleans 13 racks per hour; the 4-minute cycle washes nine racks per hour; and the 6-minute wash cycle sanitizes seven racks per hour. Each cycle uses 1 1⁄5 gallons of water. For consistent results, this unit is equipped with two revolving, anti-clogging wash and rinse arms. Its automatic pumped drain and automatic fill minimizes hands-on tasks, while the advance delime notification alerts operators when the unit should be descaled.

The Hobart PW12N-ADV-1 dishmachine accepts 12 full-size sheet pans or a 140-quart mixing bowl at once. Its front-loading, vertical-lift door eases pan insertion and removal to create a streamlined work environment. Cookware can be placed on the included flat grid, tray rack, or flat bottom rack during wash and rinse cycles. So the unit is positioned at a comfortable working height, it measures 32 3⁄16 inches wide by 37 3⁄16 inches deep by 88 11⁄16 inches tall overall. For lasting rust, corrosion, and wear resistance, this unit is made of 16-gauge stainless steel—a rugged metal that's simple to maintain. To further ease cleaning, it's outfitted with stainless steel scrap screens and a scrap basket.
