A 20-pan capacity and three timed wash cycles support versatile workloads. With its split-door front and large cavity, this model accepts full-size sheet pans or mixing bowls without adjustments.
Touchscreen controls with Wi-Fi access to SmartConnect™ support intuitive use and performance tracking on the Hobart PW20N-BAS-2 high temp door type dishwasher. The Sense-A-Temp™ booster delivers a 70-degree rise for hot water sanitization, and the interchangeable X-shaped wash arms ensure thorough water distribution across every rack.
