Interior space on the Hobart PW20N-BAS-1 high temp door type dishwasher is designed to accommodate large items such as full-size sheet pans or a 140-quart mixing bowl. A split-door design helps limit steam release while maintaining accessibility. Operators can also track temperatures, cycles, and alerts remotely using SmartConnect™ via the Wi-Fi-enabled touchscreen control panel.
