Hobart PW10N-ADV-2 Description
The Hobart PW10N-ADV-2 high-temp dishwasher includes a ventless energy recovery system that captures steam and reuses it to preheat incoming water, eliminating the need for a ventilation hood. This front-loading, door-type dishwasher also features a touchscreen interface and 10-pan capacity for consistent back-of-house use. Overall, this dishwasher measures 32 3⁄16 inches wide by 37 3⁄16 inches deep by 87 inches high.
The Hobart PW10N-ADV-2 dishwasher includes a Sense-A-Temp™ booster for 70-degree Fahrenheit rise, stainless steel tank, and X-shaped wash arms to reduce blockages. This 13-rack-per-hour high temp unit supports scheduled fill and drain cycles, helping align with kitchen timing. For streamlined cleaning, this unit is equipped with removable strainers, a pumped drain, and factory-installed drain tempering.
