Hobart PW10N-ADV-1 Description
The Hobart PW10N-ADV-1 high-temp dishwasher automates scale control through chemical dispensing and system alerts, reducing manual cleaning. Its ventless energy recovery captures steam and repurposes it to warm incoming water, minimizing external ventilation needs. These features support long-term use in locations where hood systems or regular internal maintenance may be impractical.
In addition, the Hobart PW10N-ADV-1 dishwasher features a touchscreen interface that gives operators access to SmartConnect™ Wi-Fi data, temperature logs, and service alerts. It processes up to 13 racks per hour and includes a Sense-A-Temp™ booster for 70-degree Fahrenheit sanitizing. For enhanced cleanliness, this unit features X-shaped wash arms, removable strainers, and a pumped drainage system.
