Hobart N50-604 Description
The Hobart N50-604 mixer can mix small batches of product, such as frosting. Its bowl holds five quarts and is made of stainless steel, which provides excellent defense against scratching and denting. It’s a bench mixer, which means it can be set up for use on a countertop.
The Hobart N50-604 planetary mixer makes use of a gear-driven transmission to spin its attachment, resulting in decreased maintenance needs and superior consistency when compared to a belt-driven system. However, future repairs may be more expensive. The mixer has three speed levels to give kitchen staff a range of options for preparing product.
