Hobart LXGNR-2 Description
The Hobart LXGNR-2 high-temp rack glass washer has a top-mounted control panel for simple operation, featuring a simple play and power button and the following cycles: wash, wash dwell, rinse, and rinse dwell. Wash cycles can reach 150 degrees, while rinse cycles reach 180 degrees to ensure all bacteria are killed before the wares are returned to service. Holding the button for five seconds drains and powers the machine completely off. This washer has an immediate power-down button that turns the machine off without draining when needed.
The inside of the Hobart LXGNR-2 undercounter glass washer can process 30 or 24 racks an hour depending on the setting. The unit's stainless steel construction is dent and scratch resistant to minimize wear over time. The upper and lower rinse arms are simple to install or remove because of their snap-in configuration, and this unit has anti-clogging wash arms. This unit features chemical pumps for detergent and rinse aid and is supported on 6-inch legs to accommodate most floor styles.
