Hobart HWS-4-C Description
The Hobart HWS-4-C wrap station accommodate two films as large as 10 inches in diameter by 20 inches wide for high-volume use. The film is simple to load and has a flexible setup to accommodate variously sized products. Operators can select the proper film size, pull out the film, wrap the product, and place the package on the hot plate for quick sealing. This stainless steel model prolongs its service life in rigorous meat rooms since it resists rust, corrosion, and wear and can operate in any ambient temperature.
The Hobart HWS-4-C wrap station features a low-temperature, film cut-off system that enables simple film cutting. The 12-hour hot plate and cut-off rod timer save electricity while reducing the risk of operators forgetting to off these components. Overall, this model measures 27 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 36 1⁄4 inches high with a 15-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep hot plate. This unit does not include the panel, weigher, printer, platter, and post assembly required to create a complement hand-warp system, but these components can be ordered separately.
