Hobart FP100-3 Description
Operating at 420 RPM, the Hobart FP100-3 one-speed food processor produces 11 pounds of product in a minute. Great for chopping, grinding, and slicing large foods, it has a half-size hopper. Because the front is angled 50 degrees, operators can load it without repeated strain from lifting product, while its planetary gear transmission ensures reliability and provides continuous use without stalling.
The Hobart FP100-3 continuous feed food processor has an interlock switch that doesn't let the unit operate if the pusher plate is not present or if it's open. To streamline use, it has a red "off" button and a green "on" button that reduces the risk of confusion in the kitchen. Designed to sit compactly on the countertop, this unit is mounted on rubber feet to prevent slipping and sliding. For durability, its cutting surfaces are stainless steel and its housing is aluminum.
