Hobart AM16VL-BAS-2 Description
For long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance, the Hobart AM16VL-BAS-2 commercial dishwasher features a primarily stainless steel construction. This door-type unit can be configured for straight-through or corner installation and is designed with a five-sided, insulated hood. Using high-temperature water to sanitize dishware, it cleans as many as 45 racks per hour. Operators can choose between 1-, 2-, 4-, and 6-minute timed cycle options. To heat water quickly, it uses a Sense-A-Temp™ electric booster heater.
The Hobart AM16VL-BAS-2 high-temp dishwasher features a door-actuated start and automatic fill to minimize hands-on operator tasks. For additional convenience, its smart touchscreen controls are intuitive and simple to use, and it has Wi-Fi connectivity so users can monitor the machine's status. This unit is equipped with an internal condensing system and operates with energy recovery and without a vent. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 24 7⁄16 inches deep by 59 inches high.
