Hobart 403-16 Description
The Hobart 403-16 meat tenderizer features a direct gear drive system and durable burnished aluminum housing. Its stainless steel lift-out knit knives and comb enable precise tenderizing. A translucent guard covers the working area, and an interlock system prevents operation when the guard or aluminum motor cover is removed. This countertop unit includes a cleaning fork for easy maintenance and measures 19 5⁄8 inches wide by 10 1⁄2 inches deep by 19 1⁄8 inches high.
