The Hobart 12C/E-5PLT grind cylinder assembly is a comprehensive grinding solution designed for #12 attachment hubs, delivering performance and versatility in commercial food prep environments. This assembly includes a tin-plated cast iron chop cylinder, auger, and adjusting ring, along with a Stay Sharp™ alloy steel knife for precise cuts and extended use. It also comes with five carbon steel grind plates in 1⁄8-inch, 3⁄16-inch, 1⁄4-inch, 3⁄8-inch, and 1⁄2-inch sizes to accommodate a variety of grinding textures. A pan is not included.
