The Globe LGBASKET1632 fryer basket is made for use with commercial deep fryers, holding products such as chicken, french fries, and cheese curds while they cook in oil. When the cooking is finished, a hook on the front enables chefs to hang the basket on a nesting bar to drain excess grease back into the tank. This basket has a large capacity and is compatible with 16- or 32-pound fryers.
