Using the Globe G10 manual slicer, kitchens can create consistent slices of meat, cheese, or vegetables. This medium-duty piece of equipment is designed to slice for two hours daily and can handle small quantities of cheese. Pyramid-shaped gripping teeth enable users to stabilize large products as they're processed.
The blade of the Globe G10 manual slicer is hard chromed, enabling it to retain a sharp edge. When the blade requires sharpening, the dual-action sharpener is top mounted for accessibility. A ring guard ensures that users' hands don't enter the path of the knife blade—this part is attached permanently while other parts are removable for cleaning.
