Globe FS14 Description
The Globe FS14 flywheel food slicer is a manual, chain-driven model with a blade measuring 14 inches in diameter that accommodates oversized product. To provide long-lasting durability and sharpness, the blade is made of chrome-plated carbon steel. The unit is constructed of aluminum with a stainless steel trim for additional strength and corrosion resistance. To reduce the risk of injury, it's equipped with a blade protection ring.
For convenience and lasting performance, the Globe FS14 meat slicer includes a built-in sharpener. It's designed with a large, low-resistance flywheel that's easy to operate and reduces fatigue during extended periods of use. To provide a classic, decorative look in sandwich shops and delis, it features red baked enamel paint with decorative gold detailing.
