Globe FRYCOVER32 Description
With a black knob on top to encourage user safety, the Globe FRYCOVER32 cover works to limit messes and injuries from hot oil in commercial kitchens. This accessory is compatible with the Globe 32-pound fryer. To prevent external contamination, line cooks place this cover atop hot oil vats during down time and at the end of shifts. When the fryer isn’t in use, this cover also acts as an impenetrable barrier to reduce oil splatter; it should be washed by hand during routine cleaning.
