Globe C9 Manual Meat Slicer w/ 9" Blade, Belt Driven, Aluminum, 1/4 HP

The Globe C9 Chefmate™ manual countertop slicer has a 9-inch-diameter blade and a belt-driven motor that's great for slicing meat and vegetables in limited volumes. Its knife blade is hard chromed and hollow ground, so it's very durable while retaining a sharp edge that cuts through dense products efficiently. To protect users from injury, this unit has a slice deflector and a knife cover.

To streamline cleaning, many parts of the Globe C9 countertop slicer are removable without tools, including the food chute, the slice deflector, and the knife cover. It is mounted on rubber feet that won't slip around or scratch countertops during use.
