Skyfood 220E Description
To provide smooth slicing, the Skyfood 220E economy slicer's 9-inch-diameter knife rotates on a dual-bearing hub. The blade is made of 1⁄2-inch stainless steel for durability, and it cuts meat into 1⁄2-inch slices and smaller. For an extra layer of protection, the blade has a cover so it isn't exposed, reducing the risk of cuts. The body is made of heavy-duty cast aluminum with a stylish anodized finish.
The Skyfood 220E slicer ensures the blade is operating at full efficiency with a top-mounted, dual-action sharpener that requires a small amount of pressure on the blade against the stone for operation. To streamline cleaning, many of the slicer components are removable for thorough scrubbing, while the rounded corners ensure debris doesn't get caught in any crevices.

Just what I needed
I had been using a much smaller (and cheaper) slicer for years. What a mistake. This slicer is faster, quieter and easier to work with. Great price and so easy to work with.
