The True TWT-93D-6-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® worktop refrigerator has electronic controls that maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Guided airflow moves cold air around products to provide uniform cooling with minimal energy usage. Electronically commutated fan motors move a consistent volume of air at peak efficiency, providing great motor reliability.

When utilized alongside routine preventive maintenance, the compressor fan motor’s self-cleaning function helps improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption. By reversing direction for 20 seconds each cycle, it blows away built-up dust and debris the coil’s surface. Maintaining a clean condensing coil can elongate the unit’s overall lifespan.

To prevent crumb buildup in the top and on the floor, the stainless steel worktop includes a backsplash that is folded out of top. All-metal spec handles are attached to the unit's six drawers, which are each able to fit two full-size food pans or incremental pans if divider bars are used. All pans and divider bars must be purchased separately.
