The True TWT-72-HC three-section worktop refrigerator has a prepping countertop made of stainless steel, a one-piece backsplash, and a cabinet base for storage. Because the top and backsplash have a one-piece design, they do not have crevices or cracks that could trap debris and harbor bacteria. In the refrigerator, six shelves made of wire use gaps to create an even airflow pattern for product that sit on them. These shelves are adjustable, so they can be moved to accommodate different items. Featuring a quick-cleaning stainless steel floor, the aluminum interior liner is durable and corrosion resistant. Each section has a door that stays open past 90 degrees so users can load product into the cabinet. At a lesser angle, the doors self-close to keep cold air inside the refrigerator.

The refrigeration system in the True TWT-72-HC worktop refrigerator uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cold temperatures. Based on the application, the operator can set the unit to run at any level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold air in the unit flows with a guided pattern, ensuring the product is evenly cooled. If an issue arises in the system, service technicians can access the slide-out condensing unit at the back of the refrigerator.

The compressor’s fan motor’s reversal feature helps remove buildup from the condensing coil; this enables it to function more effectively and consume less energy. At the beginning of each cycle, it runs in reverse to blow away any dust or dirt that may have settled on the coil. Though it shouldn’t replace preventive maintenance, this technology can improve performance and lengthen the unit’s lifespan.
