The True TWT-60F-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series® worktop freezer’s refrigeration system holds cabinet temperatures at -10 degrees Fahrenheit using R290—a hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three global warming potential (GWP). Its electronically commutated motors in the evaporator and condenser fan improve air distribution, generating less heat.

To eliminate settled debris on the surface of the condensing coil, the fan motor runs in reverse for 20 seconds each time the compressor is turned on to blow away dust and dirt. Though this mechanism can lengthen the unit’s lifespan and decrease overall energy usage, it isn’t a substitute for preventive maintenance, which should be implemented regularly. 

The freezer’s stainless steel construction is resilient, withstanding regular use in high-volume environments. Adjustable shelves inside the cabinet can support storage for various sizes of goods. The two doors self-close and have a 90-degree stay-open feature.
