The True TWT-60D-4-HC commercial worktop refrigerator has four removable, sliding drawers that can hold one full-size food pan apiece or several incremental pans using divider bars. Mounted castors enable refrigerator mobility in case repositioning is required. The refrigeration system is efficient and keeps interior temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
Stainless steel construction adds resilience to the True TWT-60D-4-HC refrigerator, as well as defense against rust and scratches. The evaporator and condenser fans have electronically commutated motors to reduce heat and optimize air distribution, leading to decreased energy costs and increased dependability. When the compressor cycles on, its fan motor directs air in reverse for a 20-second period to blow away settled dirt and dust from the condensing coil. Though this self-cleaning feature helps elongate the unit’s lifespan and reduce energy consumption, routine preventive maintenance should still be carried out to ensure the coil is operating correctly.
