The True TWT-60-HC worktop refrigerator has a countertop for prepping and a refrigerated base for cold storage. Its top is made of stainless steel and has a backsplash that keeps food and liquid off the wall, and to meet ADA regulations, the working height is 34 inches. Because the top and backsplash are made with a one-piece formed construction, there are not any crevices where debris could get trapped. In the base, four PVC-coated wire shelves hold stored items, and they are adjustable to hold different items. Cleaning the interior is efficient since it has an aluminum liner, stainless steel floor, and coved corners.

Depending on the application and operator's preference, the temperature in this True TWT-60-HC worktop refrigerator can be set and adjusted from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is an eco-friendly alternative to more traditional options. If there is an issue in the refrigerator, the operator can access the slide-out condensing system at the back of the unit.

When paired with regularly implemented preventive maintenance, the compressor fan motor’s self-cleaning function helps improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption. By blowing air in reverse for 20 seconds each cycle, it removes built-up dirt and debris the coil’s surface. Maintaining a clean condensing coil can lengthen the unit’s overall lifespan.
