Completely pre-wired at the factory and ready for final connection, the True TWT-36-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® worktop refrigerator has a temperature holding range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit for the best food preservation practices. This stainless steel unit features a one-piece top with a backsplash to prevent food particle buildup underneath the cabinet. The cabinet interior has a stainless steel construction and coved corners to expedite cleaning. Temperature is controlled using an electronic digital display with an intuitive interface. Its fan motors move air consistently and reliably—generating little heat—while the capillary tubes use efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The condensing fan motor automatically cleans the condensing coil by blowing in reverse for a 20-second period each cycle. Removing debris, dirt, and settled dust, this mechanism can help improve coil operation and efficiency. Regular preventive should continue to be implemented to achieve best results. 

The True TWT-36-HC~SPEC1 worktop refrigerator has four PVC-coated, wire shelves that are adjustable to ¹⁄₂-inch increments. For stability, each shelf includes four chrome-plated clips, and the support pilasters match the cabinet interior for an attractive finish. The 20-gauge doors are self-closing and have a 90-degree, stay-open feature. They are lockable and have a strong, positive seal to keep out heat. Each door has a sturdy handle and a one-piece, magnetic gasket that can be removed without tools.
