The True TWT-36-ADA-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® worktop refrigerator maintains a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using its energy-efficient refrigeration system. Its guided airflow pattern provides consistent temperatures throughout the interior. The capillary tube system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and the electronically commutated fan motors are reliable and energy efficient. To remove buildup from the condensing coil, the compressor's fan motor reverses for 20 seconds when it cycles on. This function s technology helps improve the coil’s performance, cooling products without using as much energy; it can also lengthen the unit’s lifespan. For best results, preventive maintenance should still be performed regularly to ensure the coil and its components are working properly.
Compliant with ADA requirements, this stainless steel refrigerator has a 34-inch work surface height and 3-inch-diameter stem castors. The backsplash and top are built from one piece to prevent food particles from being trapped underneath, which happens commonly in two-piece units. The cabinet and doors are foamed in place with high-density, polyurethane insulation.
With their 90-degree, stay-open feature, the two self-closing doors of the True TWT-36-ADA-HC~SPEC1 worktop refrigerator can stay open when loading product. The lockable doors are fitted with a heavy-duty, all-metal handle and magnetic gaskets that are removable without tools for maintenance. The countertop front of the refrigerator is flush with the front of the doors for an attractive look. For convenience, the four PVC-coated, wire shelves are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments and come with four chrome-plated clips apiece.
