The True TWT-27-HC~SPEC3 worktop refrigerator has a self-contained, capillary tube system that uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its refrigeration system uses guided airflow and maintains a set, uniform temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The electronically commutated fan motors are designed to generate minimal heat and use little energy for peak efficiency. Its epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion and the condensing unit—located in the back—slides out for maintenance.

Buildup is removed from the condensing coil with the compressor fan’s self-cleaning feature. At the start of each cycle, fan motor directs air in reverse to blow away any dirt or dust that’s collected on the coil. This function helps optimize performance, lower energy consumption, and lengthen the lifespan of the unit. For best results, preventative maintenance should still be performed on a regular basis. 

This stainless steel refrigerator features a backsplash and countertop that are formed from a single piece to keep bacteria and food from falling into inaccessible crevices. The countertop is flush with the front of the doors and the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane. The self-closing, positive-seal door of the True TWT-27-HC~SPEC3 worktop refrigerator swings within the cabinet dimensions and has a 90-degree, stay-open feature. An all-metal handle is fitted to the aluminum-lined door, which also has a removable, one-piece gasket. The two shelves are made of PVC-coated wire and each include four chrome-plated shelf clips. Shelves are adjustable in ¹⁄₂-inch increments with support pilasters made of the same material as the cabinet interior. This unit features 5-inch-diameter stem castors with locks provided on the front set and a 36-inch-high work surface.
