With an extra-large evaporator coil, high horsepower, and a large condenser, the True TWT-27F-HC worktop freezer keeps temperatures at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates with a cast iron, self-lubricating fan motor that is sealed and designed to produce an efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow with short run times and fast temperature recovery. The defrost system is automatic, time initiated, and time terminated, while the capillary tube system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

When paired with regular preventive maintenance, the fan compressor’s self-cleaning function helps lower energy consumption and lengthen the unit’s lifespan. At the start of each cycle, the motor directs air in reverse for a 20-second period; this blows away any buildup that’s collected on the condensing coil since the last cycle.

Its stainless steel exterior has a GalFan-coated, steel back for corrosion resistance and the interior is lined with clear-coated aluminum. The backsplash and the top are formed from one piece to prevent crevices that trap food and foster bacterial growth. This unit features lockable, 5-inch-diameter stem castors, a work surface height of 36 inches, and polyurethane insulation.

The True TWT-27F-HC worktop freezer has two PVC-coated, wire shelves that each include four chrome-plated clips.
