This unit has four drawers that can hold two full-size food pans each or incremental pan sizes with divider bars that are sold separately. To streamline maintenance and cleaning, the magnetic gaskets, drawer slides, and rollers are removable without tools. Insulated with polyurethane, this unit keeps cold air trapped inside, while its 5-inch-diameter stem castors have locks on the front set for stability. The countertop front is flush with the front of the drawers, so it does not take up aisle space.

The True TUC-67D-4~SPEC1 undercounter refrigerator has a 36-inch work surface height and capillary tubes that use eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Adjustable on the electronic digital display, a set uniform temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit is provided by the energy-efficient refrigeration system. Its electronically commutated fan motors operate at a high-peak efficiency, using little heat and providing a consistent airflow. For efficient maintenance, the condensing unit slides out from behind the front grill.
