The True TUC-48-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® undercounter refrigerator has a 16-gauge top and 20-gauge doors flush with the worktop edge. For adjusting shelves, four chrome-plated shelf clips secure each shelf to the shelf support pilasters. To fit various products, the shelves can be moved up and down in ¹⁄₂-inch increments. With locks on the front set, the refrigerator has 5-inch-diameter stem castors, and its working height is 36 inches.

To facilitate cleaning, this True TUC-48-HC~SPEC1 undercounter refrigerator comes with a coved stainless steel floor and stainless steel liner. For durability and corrosion resistance, the front, sides, top, and back are stainless steel. High-density, polyurethane insulates the entire cabinet structure and solid doors, which have locks and all-metal handles. Its magnetic, one-piece door gaskets are removable without tools, while the doors seal tight and close by themselves at less than 90 degrees. If pulled past 90 degrees, they stay open for cleaning.

Though it shouldn’t function as a substitution for regular preventive maintenance, the fan compressor’s self-cleaning feature improves overall performance and lower energy consumption At the start of each cycle, the motor directs air in reverse for 20 seconds; this blows away any dirt or debris that may have collected on the condensing coil since the last cycle.
