Made of stainless steel, the exterior front, top, and ends of the True TUC-48G-HC~FGD01 undercounter refrigerator are sturdy, while corrosion-resistant GalFan coats the steel back. The entire cabinet structure is insulated by high-density polyurethane, retaining cold air and enhancing structural strength. To streamline cleaning, its interior has a stainless steel floor with coved corners and a clear-coated aluminum liner that is effortless to wipe down. This unit's self-closing, positive-seal doors swing within the dimensions of its cabinet, and an extruded handle is integrated into each door.
Compliant with ADA guidelines, the True TUC-48G-HC~FGD01 undercounter refrigerator has a 34-inch work surface height and 3-inch-diameter stem castors. The evaporator's epoxy coating eliminates the potential of corrosion, and cleaning is simplified with one-piece, magnetic door gaskets that are removable without tools. This unit has low-e, double pane thermal glass doors with extruded aluminum frames.
The compressor’s fan motor directs air in reverse for a 20-second period at the start of each cycle. This blows away any dirt or buildup that’s settled on the coil. When employed in tandem with preventive maintenance, this feature helps improve efficiency and lengthen the unit’s lifespan.
