Inside, the True TUC-27G-HC~FGD01 undercounter refrigerator has a stainless steel floor with coved corners and its interior is coated with clear aluminum. Safety-shielded, LED interior lighting provides even lighting throughout the cabinet, and the entire cabinet structure is foamed in place by high-density, polyurethane insulation. The self-closing door swings within cabinet dimensions, and its double-pane thermal-insulated glass door provides interior visibility. To ease opening, a 12-inches-long extruded aluminum handle is fitted on the door, while the exterior is made of stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back. With a locking front set, 5-inch-diameter castors facilitate movement. So it can fit underneath counters, this unit has a 36-inch work surface height.

The True TUC-27G-HC~FGD01 undercounter refrigerator has a capillary tubes refrigeration system that uses R290 refrigerant, and to evenly cool products, fans move air throughout the interior. Depending on what best suits the contents, operators can set the temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Improving efficiency as well as overall performance, the compressor’s fan motor helps keep the condensing coil clean. Upon start up, the fan runs in reverse to blow debris and dirt off the coil. This self-cleaning feature reduces energy consumption and lengthens the unit’s lifespan, but it should not replace routine preventive maintenance. When servicing or cleaning the condenser, it can be pulled out the back.
