The True TSSU-72-30M-B-ST-HC~SPEC3 ADA mega-top sandwich and salad prep table provides a practical and efficient design in delis and similar foodservice operations. The top of the unit holds as many as 30 polycarbonate pans that are 4 inches deep to hold diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, or sliced deli meats. The pans can be reached at a comfortable arm's length, and the provided 8⁷/₈-inch cutting board allows employees to make subs, sandwiches, and other heavily-filled selections. Furthermore, the stainless steel covers are foamed in with high-density insulation, so products remain fresh while covered. The covers and board are uncomplicated to remove for thorough cleaning at the end of the day.

At the bottom side, this unit is supplied with three full doors. The doors are fitted with all-metal handles to withstand gentle or more forceful pulls. Each section—three in total—holds two PVC-coated shelves, amounting to a total of six shelves. Shelf pilasters offer support, and for accommodating inventory in bulk, they're adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments. This base remains stable and resistant to dents or other structural damage because the sides, front, and back are constructed of stainless steel. The cabinet's interior liner and floor offer a similar construction, and the entire cabinet is foamed-in for optimal temperature keeping.

Additionally, the unit's forced-air system is efficiently facilitated with sealed, self-lubricated fan motors and large fan blades. The condenser is located at the rear and slides out for simple maintenance, while the evaporator flaunts an epoxy coat for optimal protection from the refrigeration system's elements.
