Similarly, the interior liner and floor are made of the same corrosion-resistant material. This prep table's floor features coved, rounded corners, adding to its visual design while preventing debris from finding hard-to-reach crevices. This unit's structure provides three full doors that usefully contain cold temperatures; meanwhile, the entire cabinet is foamed for additional temperature keeping. Inside, this unit can store a total of six shelves—two per section. Shelf support pilasters keep them stable and are great for flexibility in configurations. Users can lock these doors to safeguard inventory at the end of the business day.

The top side of the True TSSU-72-30M-B-DS-ST-HC~SPEC3 ADA prep table offers space to contain 30 sixth-size pans that hold produce and meat options. Above these pans are stainless steel covers that are high-density insulated to maintain product freshness; once covered, they shield the items from contaminants or bugs. Its dual-sided design provides two 11³/₄-inch cutting boards, which are ideal for making packed sandwiches, subs, tacos, or poke bowls. The boards and covers are removable for thorough cleaning. This unit utilizes a self-contained refrigeration system that circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant underneath the pans and inside the cabinet. Temperatures can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and its condenser is placed at the rear, easing maintenance or cleaning needs.
