Designed for serving and storage, the True TSSU-72-12-HC~SPEC3 ADA prep table features a refrigerated base with an interior cabinet divided into three sections—each section featuring adjustable shelf slots displaced every 1⁄2 inch. To support this design, it comes with six wire shelves wrapped in PVC to promote corrosion resistance. This interior liner and flooring are made of stainless steel, and the corners of the floor are rounded to assist with cleaning protocols. This cabinet is accessible through its 20-gauge locking doors, which feature metal handles and a mechanism to hold them open at 90 degrees when needed for loading or unloading. Its exterior, including its front, sides, and back, are made of stainless steel to protect against abrasions and dents. Its top comes with cutouts for holding 12 sixth-sized pans, and these pans can be protected by an insulated cover to ensure sandwich and salad ingredients remain fresh. It also has an 11 3⁄4-inch-deep cutting board that can be removed for cleaning. It measures 72 3⁄8 inches wide by 30 1⁄8 inches deep by 34 inches tall, with its height measured to the top of its countertop to ensure ADA compliance.

Designed to be seated somewhere between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the True TSSU-72-12-HC~SPEC3 ADA prepping station can have its internal temperature quickly adjusted using the front-facing control panel. Its self-contained capillary tube system expels R290 refrigerant for an eco-friendly heat extraction process. For added energy efficiency, its fan blades are large, and this unit contains cold air using its layer of polyurethane insulation. Guided airflow systems also ensure the unit rests at an even temperature throughout. To extend the life of the unit, the evaporator is wrapped in epoxy, and its motor rests in a sealed chamber that automatically lubricates it. Additionally, its condenser is located in the rear and is easy to access when cleaning is needed.
