True TSSU-60-16-DS-ST-HC ADA 60" TSSU Series Dual Sided Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The capillary tube refrigeration system of this True TSSU-60-16-DS-ST-HC dual-sided sandwich and salad prep table uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For convenient maintenance, its condensing unit slides out from the back of the cabinet, and efficient airflow is achieved with the self-lubricating fan motor and large fan blades. Because of this forced-air design, product is held at a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The condensing fan motor operates in reverse for 20 seconds after the compressor starts, eliminating dust and dirt from the condensing coil. For maximum efficiency, routine maintenance should be implemented alongside this self-cleaning feature. When the coil is cleaned regularly, the unit ensures stored product remains cold, and it operates using a reduced amount of energy.

Complying with ADA guidelines, the True TSSU-60-16-DS-ST-HC prep table has a 34-inch working height, and it has polyethylene cutting boards on both sides for efficiency. In the middle, 16 sixth-size, clear polycarbonate pans drop into the top to organize ingredients, and lids can stay over these pans for cold temperatures or can be removed for convenient access to ingredients. The refrigerated base offers additional storage space, and its PVC-coated shelves and stainless steel floor are corrosion resistant. Coved corners in the floor are rounded, preventing buildup of dirt and debris. When cleaning or stocking, the shelves can be removed and the doors can be pulled to 90 degrees, where they will stay open.
