With an inclusive design, the True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad unit measures 34 inches tall to comply with ADA standards. Its refrigeration system uses hydrocarbon refrigerant, which maximizes energy use to hold temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit sports an 8⁷/₈ inch cutting board, creating a smooth, sanitary surface that provides space for tangy meatball subs or watermelon feta salads. Furthermore, its insulated cover is made of stainless steel and works to trap cold temperatures around the 12 included sixth-size poly pans, while two lockable doors made of the same corrosion-resistant material create a firm seal for the underside's storage.

The front, back, and sides of the True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 refrigerated prep table are constructed of stainless steel, and the backing is coated with a GalFan finish to heighten corrosion resistance. This unit's flooring and interior liner are also made of stainless steel, and the floor features coved corners to facilitate cleaning. Its lower sections come with four adjustable shelves—coated in gray PVC for simple sanitation—and because opening these sections tends to lower climate temperatures, the temperatures can be monitored and adjusted from the digital control display with ease. To promote user and consumer safety throughout services, all parts of this workstation are foamed-in-place with an environmentally friendly polyurethane insulation.
