Crafted with durability in mind, the True TSSU-60-12-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad unit is designed to optimize workflow in commercial kitchens. Its top section can hold the included 12 sixth-size poly pans that can be used to hold classic sandwich ingredients, and it features a removable cutting board on which to put these sandwiches together. Its stainless steel front, sides, and backing resist corrosion. Included with a 1⁄3 horsepower motor that powers the self-contained refrigeration system, this workstation utilizes hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant to remove heat. This system is paired with an insulated stainless steel cover work to preserve temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
The True TSSU-60-12-HC~SPEC3 food prep table displays a stainless steel floor and interior liner, promoting corrosion resistance throughout the unit as a whole. The underside features two 20-gauge stainless steel doors that grant access to additional storage, and these two sections hold four adjustable shelves coated in gray PVC. Because these doors drain the cool climate when opened frequently, the temperature of this unit can be monitored and adjusted with the temperature control and display.
