These pans remain at arm’s reach for comfortable access, and they’re placed near the 6¹/₈-inch cutting board so employees can efficiently assemble pizzas, tacos, quesadillas, and other lunch favorites. This 48³/₈-inch-wide by 35¹/₈-inch-deep by 38¹/₈-inch-high unit is fitted with a heavy-duty flat glass that, once closed, helps maintain temperatures. For safe reuse, the pans and the cutting board are removable so they can be cleaned, reducing the possibility of these accessories tempering the taste of the next batch of products.

This unit is built in with full body doors that enable interior access through all-metal handles. Inside the cabinet’s interior, users can house a total of four wire shelves, each of which features a PVC coat to reduce water damage and corrosion.
