True Refrigeration TSSU-36-15M-B-HC Description
The True TSSU-36-15M-B-HC sandwich and salad prep table is refrigerated with a two-section base and a top-mounted pan rail. The unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion over time. The full unit measures 36 3⁄8 inches wide by 34 1⁄8 inches deep by 40 3⁄8 inches high and comes with heavy duty casters for mobility as needed. The refrigeration system is self-contained and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is efficient and eco-friendly.
The True TSSU-36-15M-B-HC sandwich and salad prep table comes with fifteen 1⁄6-size clear polycarbonate food pans which are made to be inserted into eh top pan rail. Each of the two refrigerated cabinet sections in the base come with two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves which can each be adjusted in 1⁄2-inch increments. The prep table also comes with a full length cutting board for preparing meals.
