True Refrigeration TSSU-27-08-HC~SPEC3 Description
Designed for use in establishments offering personalized salads and sandwiches, the True TSSU-27-08-HC~SPEC3 prep table comes with 8 sixth-size transparent polycarbonate food pans that are designed to hold classic sandwich and salad ingredients in the top section of the unit. A white cutting board is attached to the table top in front of the food pans, and users can remove it when cleaning is needed.
This unit utilizes an insulated stainless steel cover to maintain the freshness of stored ingredients, while the cover holds in cold air and protects the food from debris. The refrigeration system in the cabinet uses an eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to keep temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For added protection, the evaporator on the unit is protected from corrosion damage with its epoxy coating, and its condenser is rear-accessible for convenient maintenance.
The True TSSU-27-08-HC~SPEC3 prepping area features a single-section cabinet for storing ingredients and pans nearby. This cabinet has a 12-inch-wide recessed handle, and its inside is lined with stainless steel and features two PVC-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted or removed as needed. The full unit measures 27 3⁄4 inches wide by 30 1⁄8 inches deep by 41 5⁄8 inches tall.
