The True THAC-60-HC-LD horizontal open-air cooler from the THAC series is designed for self-service merchandising, using an air curtain system that maintains product temperatures between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit while keeping items accessible. Its three-level tiered display with stainless steel deck pans organizes packaged foods and beverages across 14.8 cubic feet of interior space. LED interior lighting illuminates products, and glass side panels provide visibility from multiple angles to support impulse purchasing in high-traffic areas.
To resist corrosion, the True THAC-60-HC-LD open-air cooler features a black powder-coated steel exterior, while the white aluminum interior liner and stainless steel floor support daily use. A bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant to maintain consistent cooling, and the slide-out condensing unit provides access for servicing. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps retain cold air, and leg levelers stabilize the unit on uneven surfaces.
