A non-refrigerated, four-level model, the True TGM-DC-36-SC/SC-B-W display case measures 36 1⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 49 1⁄8 inches high. It features two sliding glass doors through which employees can retrieve displayed muffins, scones, donuts, or bagels. To showcase available items, this unit is designed with curved front glass and equipped with safety-shielded LED interior lighting, enhancing presentation.
The True TGM-DC-36-SC/SC-B-W full-service bakery case is built with a welded, heavy-duty steel frame rail for structural stability in addition to leg levelers that account for irregular or bumpy flooring. Its foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation can reduce temperature fluctuations, while its white powder-coated interior highlights displayed baked goods. To complement existing equipment, this unit flaunts a black powder-coated exterior.
