True Refrigeration TFP-72-30M-D-2-HC Description
The True TFP-72-30M-D-2-HC food prep table includes 30 clear polycarbonate pans that hold ingredients to prepare sandwiches and salads, while the white polyethylene cutting board that runs the full length of the table can be removed for cleaning and sanitizing. Each holding one full-size food pan, this model has two drawers, and two doors with four adjustable shelves are located in the door sections. For comfort the doors and drawers have 12-inch-long recessed handles, and 2 1⁄2-inch-diameter castors are attached to the base for transportation.
The forced-air refrigeration system in the True TFP-72-30M-D-2-HC prep table is powered by an efficient evaporator fan with large fan blades. To prevent corrosion, the evaporator is epoxy coated, and R134A refrigerant is used to cool the air to a set range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. When service is needed, access to the condenser's components is available from the back of the unit. Resisting dents and corrosion, this unit is made of stainless steel and aluminum, and its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation for structure and temperature retention.
