The True TFP-48-18M-FGLID-HC~SPEC3 sandwich/salad prep table measures 48 1⁄8 inches wide by 32 1⁄4 inches deep by 37 1⁄4 inches high. Its top side can hold (18) sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans to keep onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and lettuce close at hand. Its 8-inch-deep by 1⁄2-inch-high cutting board creates a workspace for dicing vegetables and crafting sandwiches. At the end of the day, its heavy-duty flat glass lid secures closed to keep products secure and lock in cold temperatures.
To store additional condiments, such as bottled dressing or sauces, the True TFP-48-18M-FGLID-HC~SPEC3 salad/sandwich table features a two-section design that can house four wire shelves, each of which is wrapped in a PVC coating for added corrosion resistance. For security after hours, its two heavy-duty doors lock, reducing the risk of tampering. Its front, sides, and back are constructed of stainless steel, while the interior flaunts a stainless-steel liner and floor with coved corners for simple cleaning. For simple transportation, it sits on a series of 2 1⁄2-inch casters.
