True Refrigeration TFP-48-18M-D-4-HC~SPEC3 Description
The True TFP-48-18M-D-4-HC~SPEC3 prep table is constructed of stainless steel and has 18 sixth-size food trays fitted into its cut-out countertop. The trays are designed to hold fresh ingredients for salads and sandwiches, and the countertop also features a plastic cutting board for convenient food prep. The trays can be covered with the insulated lid and hood of the prep table; the hood and lid can also be removed for proper cleaning. Underneath the countertop are four locking drawers designed to hold trays of replacement ingredients that can be brought out when the ingredients under the hood run out.
The True TFP-48-18M-D-4-HC~SPEC3 prep table is refrigerated to keep ingredients fresh and cold during sandwich and salad prep. It utilizes R290 hydrocarbon that's eco-friendly, allowing establishments to help reduce their environmental impact. The refrigeration system is mounted on the rear of the unit and is self-contained for easy installation. The full unit measures 48 1⁄8 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 45 3⁄4 inches tall.
