True Refrigeration TFP-32-12M-HC Description
The True TFP-32-12M-HC LH prep table has 12 pans to organize a variety of contents for a salad or sandwich station. These food pans slide into the top, where an insulated lid protects contents when they are not in use. For convenience, a removable cutting board is provided and can be used for chopping ingredients or preparing food, while the door has a 12-inch handle for comfortable opening from the right side. Inside, two heavy-duty, PVC-coated shelves support extra ingredients and supplies in the cabinet. Corners are rounded to prevent debris from building up, and the stainless steel floor can be wiped clean. This unit sits on castors, so it can be moved for cleanup, and two of the castors lock when the unit is in place.
With capillary tubes and R134A refrigerant, the True TFP-32-12M-HC LH prep table maintains set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, a range that is not cold enough to freeze ingredients, though it is cool enough to keep them fresh. Cold air is kept inside with dense polyurethane foam in the walls and door, and magnetic gaskets line the door frame to create an airtight seal. Its prep table keeps contents cooled evenly, and for maintenance, the condenser can be reached from the back.
