True Refrigeration TDM-R-59-GE/GE-S-S Description
The True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-S-S full-service bakery case can hold six full-size pans and eight half-size pans. Three tiers of shelving with a stainless steel floor hold product, and since the shelves are adjustable, the case accommodates tall cakes and small pastries or pies. Each shelf holds as much as 150 pounds and has a wire design that encourages cold airflow evenly around stored product, while visibility through the glass front and sides is made possible by LED lights. Employees can access the baked goods through sliding rear doors, which have 12-inch aluminum handles, and to simplify cleaning, the interior and exterior are made of durable stainless steel.
Foamed-in-place insulation keeps cold air inside the case and prevents ambient air from entering. Temperatures in the True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-S-S bakery display case are dictated by operators on the electronic control system, which runs from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. A more environmentally friendly option than traditional options, the unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, while a convenient slide-out design ensures the condensing unit is accessible.
